ZYH673H (X, F) - 2.5, 6, 10, 16 series pneumatic knife gate valve is one of series of control valves produced by our company. The production and application process constantly absorp and digest domestic and international similar product structure and manufacturing technology advanced characteristics, continuously improve product science and technology, taking some technical details in hand, improve the comprehensive performance of the valve. This product is through equipping solenoid valves, close to switch accessories can open and close two positions movement control and signal output, also can complete continuous movement of automatic control. Users can choose according to actual needs. ZYH673H (X, F) series pneumatic knife gate valves have many kinds. Main body adopts cast iron, stainless steel, etc. Size is DN50-DN1000. Products are widely used in chemical, coal, sugar, sewage, papermaking, etc, it is an ideal sealing valve. Particularly suitable for papermaking industry in the pipeline for adjusting and throttling usage.
ZYH673 pneumatic knife gate valve electric control function:
1, adopt dual electric three-position five-way solenoid valve control pneumatic cylinder, adopting three-position switch, can control the vavle stopping in upper limit, lower limit arbitrary position.
2, when the gate valve stops in the upper, lower limit position, upper limit and lower limit position limit switches, send a group normal open or closed independent signals contacts. Can be used as a state instruction.
3, When the gate valve stay in the upper and lower position, upper limit position and lower limit switches, automatic cut-off solenoid valves corresponding control coils power. This gate valve long-term stays in the upper limit position, solenoid valve control coils power off, can avoid electromagnetic coil heating and improve solenoid valve life and greatly increased reliability.
4, when the gate valve long stays in upper and lower limit position, air source is cut off, not take gas, but locking valve cylinder pressure is still kept in the cylinder, remain to ensure reliable stop position.
5, In the cylinder switch, cutting off control power, and gas cylinder pass in and out air is also cutted off, locking valve cylinder pressure remains in the cylinder, such as cylinder piston, solenoid valve and no leakage joints, gate valves can be prolonged in any position.

The valve is mainly composed by left, right body, u-shape sealing ring, disc, steel nut, stem, bracket, cylinder parts, valve open and close is finished by cylinder.
This valve structure features:
1, using wafer structure, small volume, light weight.
2, fully open channels, can prevent the media depositing in the valve.
3, new developed u-shape sealing ring, can guarantee good sealing performance.
4 disc out sealing, is through embedded in body sealing strips with elastic and can be adjusted by screws, pressure plate.
5, small flow resistance.
6, easy installation and maintenance.

4、announcement
1) load movement direction should be conformity to the piston movement, avoid piston produced twist.
(2) using filters, pressure-relief device, lubrication device (F-R-E) to adjust air quality, increasing the service life.
(3) selecting the cylinder with larger output power than the actual load, avoid danger when the air source is insufficient.
(4) Pay attention to the using environmental temperature, air cylinder piston ring and sealing material average temperature limit in -5℃—+60℃.
(5) have etchant gas environment, gas cylinders piston and sealing parts material, generally using PTFE.
