In order to improve the efficiency of power, steam turbine all have set heat system, equipped with high pressure heater. Hydrophobic regulator working conditions are poor, most are in two-phase fluid (i.e. tonic work under state), and it was running condition, belong to throttle cavitation is quite serious, to a certain degree of cavitation is not to trap the regulator, in this situation the water heat is not guaranteed to run by water level. So it reduces the turbine operation efficiency. Therefore, the selection of small cavitation, low noise, simple structure, reliable performance of hydrophobic regulator is particularly important. In view of the above conditions, our research, design and manufacture new hydrophobic regulator, it is in the original hydrophobic regulator, and on the basis of absorbing foreign experience, on the structure, material is changed, makes the valve have a good performance. Due to the reasonable valve spool and seat contact angle, the valve has no leakage phenomenon in the closed position, Manufacturing flow hood and valve core material adopt the high-quality stainless steel material, even in two-phase flow and throttling condition, the cavitation is also very slow, prolong the valve service life, the noise is small. The valve design uses simple structure, when interior parts are damaged, remove bonnet nuts, then can remove all parts, optional change any parts, maintenance is very convenient.
TYH968Y series heating water level regulator is composed by electric actuator and drain control valve. Electric control valve input is DC signal that sent from regulator, after amplification of the servo amplifier drive actuator, produced axial thrust, driving the valve movement, causing medium flow changes, adjusting the system parameters. While actuator sends a signal of the valve position for servo amplifiers comparision, make the valve in a corresponding position of the input signal, finishing the servo adjusting task.
