Overview
CVPF type plastic-lining bellows single seat regulator is instrumentation execution unit. It consists of pneumatic actuators and direct fluorine plastic valve. Because this valve contact medium part adopts high pressure injection molding process, lined with F46 which is anti-corrosive and aging resistance, and adopts teflon bellows seal, so it is widely used in chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, medicine, electric power industries of acid, alkali, etc and toxic, strong corrosive medium, volatile gases, liquid medium process control.
main technical parameters and performance indicators
1, corrosion resistance, body cavities and cores, seat and stem are lining 2.5-3 mm thick F46, anti-acid or alkali, strong corrosive resistance.
2, good sealing performance: use teflon material bellows and packing double sealing, ensure no leakage.
3, less leakage: due to valve core, seat are soft sealing, so leakage is below national Class Ⅳ standard.
4, using light small multi-spring actuators, small volume, light weight, high adjust precision.
