features
Pure small pneumatic fluorine-lined butterfly valve is composed by pneumatic piston actuators and fluorine plastic butterfly valves, belong to rotate type control valve. This product uses compressed air as power supply, accept control instrument 4 -20mA signal (or switch signal), through the electric- air valve locator (or solenoid valve) to achieve valve continuous adjusting (or position control). This product because of using high pressure injection molding for the inside body which contacts the fluid and metal internal components, lined with corrosion resistance, ageing resistance FEP (F46) as the lining, so has the advantages of good corrosion-resistant performance, high anti-aging performance, long service life, small flow resistance, large circulation ability, etc. Especially suitable for acid, alkali etc. and various corrosive mediums. And it has the following features:
A, corrosion resistant occasions, poor working condition, short life, are the long-standing problem. Since a long time, it is widespread concerned by domestic and aboard manufacturers. In Europe VALCAM through the sucessful development application experience, takes fluorine-lined corrosion resistant to China to promote its application.
