ZJHP, ZJHM pure small pneumatic diaphragm single seat regulator and small pneumatic diaphragm sleeve regulator use top oriented structure, equipped with multi-spring actuators. With compact structure and light weight, quick action, fluid passage presents S streamlined and low pressure drop losses, large capacity, high precise flow characteristics, convenient in assembling and disassembling etc. With electric-pneumatic valve positioning or pneumatic valve locator, can realize the process flow in the pipeline to automatically adjust control, widely used in precise control gases, liquids, steam and other media parameters such as temperature, pressure, and flow, liquid level in a given value. It is the new generation in conformity with relevant standards of IEC general regulator products. Widely applied in gases, liquids etc. Precise control of process parameters on the medium pressure, temperature, flow rate and fluid in a given value. Particularly applicable to small allowed leakage and small pressure differential occasions. Shanghai Yihuan produced pneumatic diaphragm signle seat, sleeve control valve has standard, regulating cutting off, bellows sealing, jacket insulation. Nominal pressure rating has PN16, 40, 64, Nominal diameter scope has DN20-300. Suitable fluid temperature from -200℃ to 560℃ within various grades. structure
1 ZJHP type pneumatic single-seat regulator is the execution unit in automatic control system of the instrument, adopting electric-peumatic valve locator, signal and compressed air as power, accept control system input 0-10mA DC or 4-20mA DC current signal, through regulator to change the compressed air to air supply pressure input and output signal process control, which can realize points (amplitude signals) and change the valve opening displacement, to achieve accurate regualting and controlling of fluid medium process parameters.
2 ZJHP type pneumatic single-seat regulator can be divided according to the acting mode: K: positive gas-close-narmally open type (when the signal pressure build-up, valve position downward displacement), B: reaction gas off – normally closed type (when the signal pressure build up, valve position upward).
3 pneumatic single seat regulator is direct single-seat cast spherical valve, single-seat piston valve core, particularly applicable to small allowed leakage and small pressure differential occasions.
4 Direct low flow resistance single seat is non-bottom cover top oriented structure, it is only one seat and a piston valve core, with good airtight performance, less leakage, quick action, fluid passage in an s-shaped streamline, small loss of pressure drop, large capacity, accurate characteristics of flow, large adjustable ratio, large valve core guiding parts area, with strong ant-vibration performance characteristics, suitable for strict requirement to medium leakage and regulating precision situations, but due to valve structure reasons, large unbalance force, especially in large nominal diameter condition is more apparent, so the valve is only suitable for small working pressure differential occasions.
5 through changing the shape of the core design, different valve core shape will get different flow characteristic: equal percentage (logarithmic), linear, quick opening characteristics.
6. According to the working condition request, core can be designed as soft sealing structure (applicable to - 20 ~ + 120 degrees Celsius, strict sealing in temperature range of acid, gas, etc).

This series of products are widely used in chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, power generation, textile, paper and pharmaceutical and other industrial production process automation adjustment and remote control. It has standard, adjusting cutting off type, bellows sealing type, jacket insulation type. Products pressure rating are PN1.6, 4.0, 6.4 MPa, Nominal diameter is DN15-300mm, Minimum core is DN6mm. Suitable fluid temperature is - 60 ~ + 45 ℃, according to the different temperature equipped with different cover can be divided into normal temperature and high-temperature type, low temperature type.
