features
DYH971H electric wafer hard sealing butterfly valve uses sophisticated "J" flexible sealing ring and triple eccentric multi-layer metal hard seal structure, is widely used in medium temperature that is less than 425 degree metallurgy, electricity, petroleum chemical industry, water supply and drainage and municipal construction and industrial piping, used as adjusting flow and cutting flow. This valve adopts triple eccentric structure, seat and disc sealing plate adopt different hardness and stainless steel, with good corrosion resistance and long service life, the valve has two-way sealing function, the product conforms to the national GB/T13927-92 standard valve pressure test. Product has the following features:
1. This valve uses triple eccentric sealing structure, small wear between seat and disc.
2, sealing ring is made of stainless steel, with the advantage of metal hard seal and elastic seal, whether in low and high temperature, with good seal performance, corrosion resistance and long service life etc.
3. disc sealing surface uses surfacing cobalt-based carbide, the sealing surface is wear resistance and has long service life.
4, large size disc adopts sewing frame structure, high strength, large flow, small flow resistance.
5. the valve has two-way seal function, when installation, it is not limited by the flow direction of medium, nor space position, can be installed in any direction.
6. driving device can be multistaged installed ( rotate 90 °or 180 °), easy for using.
