Overview: 

ZJHS compact pneumatic diaphragm angle single-seated control valve is a precision control unit consisting of a multi-spring pneumatic diaphragm actuator and a compact angle-style single-seated valve body. It is specifically designed for flow regulation of media with high pressure drops, high viscosity, or containing suspended particles. The angle-style body features a simple flow path with minimal resistance, effectively utilizing the erosion force of the medium for self-cleaning and preventing fluid accumulation in the cavity. Key internals such as the plug and seat can undergo hardening treatments like Stellite overlay, nitriding, or specialized spraying before or after machining to enhance erosion and wear resistance. The sealing structure offers options for PTFE soft seals or high-hardness metal-to-metal hard seals based on medium pressure and temperature, ensuring strict shut-off while providing excellent dynamic regulation stability. The ZJHS valve is typically installed at piping locations requiring a 90-degree change in fluid direction to precisely regulate physical parameters, ensuring the stable operation of industrial processes. It features a compact structure, light weight, sensitive response, and smooth flow, with a rated flow coefficient generally higher than standard single-seated valves. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, power, and textile industries for automation systems requiring high precision and durability.

Feature: 

1.Compact and lightweight design:Equipped with a multi-spring pneumatic diaphragm actuator, the overall height is significantly lower than traditional control valves, with a weight reduction of approximately 30%. This saves installation space and reduces pipeline load, making it suitable for compact layouts.
2.Superior angle flow path design:The valve body features a right-angle structure with a smooth flow path and no dead zones, resulting in an extremely low resistance coefficient. This design ensures direct flow and strong self-cleaning capabilities, effectively preventing medium accumulation and scaling, ideal for high-viscosity or particle-laden fluids.
3.Excellent shut-off sealing performance:Utilizing a single-seated sealing structure with precision-ground surfaces, the valve features minimal leakage. It easily meets ANSI Class IV or VI (bubble-tight) sealing standards, serving as the preferred unit for strict process isolation.
4.Stable and reliable top-guiding:The valve plug is supported by a robust top-guided structure with a large guiding area and uniform stress distribution. This maintains high concentricity and vibration resistance throughout the stroke, effectively suppressing mechanical noise and high-frequency whistling caused by fluid impact.
5.High-precision proportional regulation:The plug profile is precision-engineered based on fluid dynamics to provide linear or equal percentage flow characteristics. Paired with a smart positioner, it achieves high repeatability and sensitivity to ensure stable process control under dynamic conditions.
