The Fix: Replace the damaged rubber diaphragm immediately with an OEM-spec part to restore the pressure buildup in the air reservoir.

2. Control Valve Housing Rupture (Structural Damage)

The housing consists of three aluminum sections. Due to the material's nature, it is prone to brittle cracking during maintenance.

Symptoms: Visible cracks in the casing or severe air leakage that cannot be fixed by seal replacement.

The Cause: Improper disassembly. Uneven torque application on the connecting screws causes the aluminum shell to warp and snap.

Professional Maintenance Tip: Always use a diagonal tightening sequence. Loosen or tighten screws in small, even steps to ensure the stress is distributed equally across the mating surfaces.
