PQ671H eccentric rotating regulator (CAM buckling valve), is a kind of novel structure, ideal pneumatic unit combination instrument actuators, it is widely used in chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, light industrial production process automatic adjustment and remote control, and mtached with pneumatic regulator, reducing valve, and other instruments. Our factory eccentric rotating regulator is introducing German company technology, combined with the actual situation in our country and design and manufacture a new generation of deflection valve, adopting large torque, fully closed, free maintenance of 840 type actuator. Its connecting size is according to user requirements by ANSI, DIN or GB, is currently the most advanced angle-stroke control valve internationally.
Amplifier output principle: eccentric rotating valve uses lever principle and moment principle to achieve enlarge output power. Eccentric rotating valve centerline has a eccentricity X to the valve stem center, and connecting rod gets actuator thrust point that has a arm axis of the center, it is KX > X, so the eccentric rotating valve thrust magnifacation for K.
structure
Eccentric rotating regulating valve body flow passage is simple, small resistance, and compared with the same signle, double seat, it has bigger circulation ability, but its weight only around 1/3 of it. Deflection valve adopts the rotary motion, improve the stuffing box sealing, also has large output force, so the valve leakage is lesser, stiffness is larger, can working reliably at the rated pressure differentials. Eccentric rotating valve core, valve stem only do rotating movement, so it bears small friction when turning switch, when the valve core is close contacting with seat, spool soft arm generates tiny flexible deformation and tight under the actuators thrust effect, make the core and seat contacting more tighter, therefore, the leakage is quite small. Meanwhile closing valve needed thrust is smaller than control valve and butterfly valve.
