TYH961Y type hole plate electric control valve is applied to the boiler superheated steam temperature, the valve intrinsic flow characteristic is equal percentage, equipped electric actuator type is DKZ - 410 or DKJ - 310.
We develop, design and manufacture regulator adopt advanced multiple combination of antihypertensive cavitation structure. In order to satisfy the needs of different users, the products have two different kinds of design, one is used for high pressure differential small flow anti-cavitation corrosion structure, another uses valve full stroke anti-oxidant cavitation structure, applied to when flow changes, the regulator's pressure differential basicly not change, almost all of the pressure differential is in the whole trip range, prevent the occurrence of cavitation.
The control valve core after special processing, the pressure differential of regulator is absorbed from multiple levels fall platen components, so the core vibration can be controlled at least scope, piston is pressure balanced design, thus greatly reduce operating torque.
The valve fully close leakage is in accordance with ANSIB16.1041 V, using special material, special craft manufacture valve in full close, the leakage is zero, effectively control the leakage. The characteristic is correcting equal percentage characteristic.
